By profession, she is a Kinesiologist – Master of Science, primarily interested in exercise physiology and endurance sports. She applies her expertise to trail running, assisting runners with preparation and providing advice on nutrition, recovery, injuries …
Having spent two years in a performance lab, she focused on coaching trail runners and conducting physiological tests for cyclists. Her approach is simple: bringing the latest research into real-world training for optimal results. Špela will provide you with a trail running training plan, regardless of your performance level or preferred running distance. Dedicated to your success, her goal is to assist you in reaching your trail running goals. She offers a range of individual coaching options, both face to face and online.
Špela is co-creating the Triglav Trail Run, considered one of the most beautiful trail running experiences in the region. She’s the creative mind behind it, taking care of the professional aspects. Additionally, she advises and assists runners during running holidays and camps organized by the company Lajf.
